Our boutique wedding and planning business, Imbue Weddings, donates $25 from every wedding we plan to the Fred Hollows Foundation. Our philosophy is that a wedding is one of the times in life when we can indulge in beauty for beauty's sake; from the gown, to the decor, to the flowers, to the cake, there's so much that goes into the vision, the look of a wedding... but there's so much beauty also in the every day, a beauty that no one should have to live without if it can be helped.

The Fred Hollows Foundation was founded by Fred Hollows who pioneered work for those less fortunate, saving the sight of those who would have gone blind without basic surgery or medication, something we take for granted in our fortunate country and lives.

In keeping with this theme I will be showcasing on this blog all the wonderful shots some of our very talented photographers take on these beauty filled days. If you are interested in giving to this wonderful foundation please follow the link below (remember all donations to charities are tax deductible!).
