apparantly the best pancake mix in canada, we have some friends that are so happy to be back in b.c. so they can buy this stuff (not available back east). the rockport hutterite colony of magrath, alberta are the manufacturers of this whole wheat-based mix. the original rockport mill was first established on rockport colony in alexandria, south dakota in 1895 and it was registered in 1897. the name "coyote pancake" mix was named after the high population of coyotes in the area.
