series 7 design challenge

i happened upon this auction, a series of arne jacobsen chairs, designed by 13 different designers in collaboration with fritz hansen. how fun would it be to own one of these. in cooperation with the danish AIDS foundation the manufacturer of the chair, fritz hansen, contacted a number of world class design brands with a challenge: "how would the seven chair look today if you were given a free hand to design it"? the result is at an auction online at bruun-rasmussen.
