Hi All,
Im in the process of filing a new GC in EB2 category which eventually I will port to my older EB3 application. I wanted to find out if we need to do our Medical exam again during the I-485 stage?

I am in H1B visa (valid until 10/2011), my wife is in F1 student (valid until 8/2011). We just got married 1 month ago in US. currently, we are staying in US. Now, she would like to stop studying for some reasons. To keep her valid stay in US, I have to transfer her f1 to h4. Could you please let me know step by step what I should do, what form I should take…etc.
Does she need any visa interview after filing the transferring f1 to H4?
Can she inform the school that she will stop studying right after filing visa transferring? (the school will stop her f1 if they know that).

Theoretically, it's possible. However, if there is a Ability 2 Pay issue during 485 adjudication, would you be able to take care of it?

HI!! I'm Aj ( more like Ahmet Jorayev). I was a student at the Georgia Military College. Unfortunately, due to lack of my personal funds, i lost my position of a student at GMC. Since January of this year i was not attending school because of exclusion. College informed of returning in Spring 2010 however they denied it later on. Currently I'm in deep depression because of losing my Academic and Immigration Status!!
IN order to reinstate I-20 visa i had to attend college. Sarcastic thing about this i had only 6month left to graduate.
Any advises or stories you can share please, help out!!
They have our future in their hands and instead of supporting,they disgrace us!!

P.s. All payments for college comes straight from my pocket and no vehicle transportation either, just bicycle

That EAD is different as far as I know. Probably they are referring to another I-765

I'd suggest contacting Adobe. Surely if you have a product that supports the file-format, and an upgrade of the firmware changes that, it's part of Adobe's support package to allow an upgrade of the Raw File support.

I have a question regarding dependants. I have a L1A Visa. I am going on a long trip to UK next month. Can my dependants stay back for 2 -3 months before joining me in UK. Their L 2 Visa and I 94 are valid till Feb 2009.

Currently I am on H1B visa.I will file my 485 as secondary applicant.What are my options in case If I have to leave my job and my 485 is still not approved.
Do I need to file H4 (Since 485 is still not approved) ?

You can status will be Adjustment of Status ( AOS ) but cant work . IYou need a APO if you want to travel . If you want to work you need an EAD .
Check with attorney .This is the essence of mail which i got from my attorney when asked regarding my son status

Shouldnt be an issue as GC can be for a future job.....For H1 stamping, your current job requirements and title should be same as the requirements/title on your H1 petition/LCA....

I have been on q job with a client since October. The setup is like this. Me->my employer->Vendor-.Client.
The work order my employer has states that my work with the client ends June end, with a possibility of extension. if i file my h1b now, will i be a good candidate for rejection , considering that I do not have a long term project? Also, how true is it that the USCIS is giving visas out only for 1 year under such circumstances, as opposed to the regular 3 years term, and if true, how do I avoid it
Lastly, what is your take on how H1 filings on Apr 1 2010 will be? Is it expected to the same as last year, or will companies file left right and center on day 1 itself?
