Break Apart Bouquets

Today, a bouquet which breaks into pieces when tossed into the air is quite popular, these are called Break Away bouquets. Break Apart bouquets are similar and theyre quite a touching take on the normal bouquet toss. Traditionally (were going back to pre victorian times here) the bride would compose her bouquet of a number of smaller posies. After the ceremony she would untie the ribbon which held them all together and gave a bridesmaid a posy each. The bridesmaid who found a hidden gold ring in her bouquet would become the next bride. In some instances, the bride would simply take a flower from her bouquet for each bridesmaid. I think this is a nice tradition to use, putting a twist on a "traditional" bouquet toss.
Note: Tie each posy with a ribbon (there are examples on hand tied bouquets below) and loop the golden ring onto one, going over it a couple of times to hide it with more ribbon and face this into the centre when bunching all bouquets together.
