It's very ironic that I have been working all week on a series of beautiful options for a wedding with a blue sky Valentines day theme and what should happen on Valentines day in sunny Queensland? Its pouring rain! Its been bucketing down for two days straight as well as all through the night and there is absolutely no sign of it letting up. I can't even tell which way the rain is falling, at the moment it seems to be going every which way. Nonetheless with the rain and wind, today is still Valentines day and we can all dream of clearer skys.

Champagne or Sparkling Wine
Edible Dried Rose Petals
To Make
Place the rose syrup in a glass, top with champagne or wine and garnish with rose petals.
