Today I'm extra thrilled to be introducing two new contributers to Poppytalk! Interiors and lifestyle photographer, Janis Nicolay and professional prop stylist Heather Cameron. Janis and Heather have worked together for years on many photo shoots for various magazines and now they will be offering up storyette's (as Janis has dubbed them). Starting off we make a visit to Heather's very idyllic organic blueberry farm named, Missing Goat where she not only sells blueberries, but makes and sells jams, chutney, garlic, granola and Saturday pies)! Heather invited Poppytalk to try our hand at making fresh rhubarb pie with Janis photographing it all (which we'll be posting later today).
Not only are these ladies talented, they are also SUPER nice and I look forward to working with them on their future posts (which should come here monthly). They both have their own very unique blogs that I've been following for some time now, Janis with Pinecone Camp (also check out her beautiful photography on Etsy here) and Heather with A Day in the Country featuring her adorable little girl, Lily and life on their organic farm.
