Sycamore Street Press: Urban Craft Uprising

Crewel embroidery by Tako Fibers
Contributor Post by Eva Jorgensen of Sycamore Street Press.

The Urban Craft Uprising in Seattle last weekend was a great show with plenty of eye candy for me to photograph. Locals love this show -- by the time the door opened on Saturday morning, the line to get in snaked around the block! And from a vendor's point of view, it's one of the most well-organized and well-promoted handmade events out there.
